Action transcribes every clip with word timings. Select words or a pause and delete to cut; remove pauses and filler words in one click.

An assistant in the edit

Ask in the bar over the timeline and Claude reads the transcript, looks at the frames and cuts, titles, grades and mixes. Each request ends as a review to keep or undo.

A real timeline

A magnetic storyline with ripple, roll and slip trims, snapping, markers, B-roll and music lanes, transitions, speed changes and keyframes.

Captions and motion titles

Burn in animated captions that follow the transcript, and add motion graphics written in HTML and GSAP, rendered offline.

Record and voice

Record the screen, a camera or both, shoot on an iPhone with Action Camera, and voice a script with Kokoro voices that run on the Mac.

Publish everywhere

Reshape for Shorts, Reels and TikTok with Auto Reframe, then publish to every platform in one run, each checked against its limits.

Install

  1. Open the disk image and drag Action to Applications.
  2. Action isn't notarized yet, so macOS blocks the first launch: click Done, then open System Settings ▸ Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway.
  3. From then on Action updates itself: it checks here every hour and installs a newer version when you quit.
